Meenwhile, Dr. Sketchy's has been written up in NY Press, Time Out NY, and the LA Times. Me and glam burlesque dancer Amber Ray were on WPIX's Channel 11 two days ago to promote my book.

Please pardon my lack of updates. I've been very busy with exciting projects. The first of which is my book, Dr. Sketchy's Official Rainy Day Colouring Book, which will be available for presale starting November 1. Hoorah!
I'm also illustrating my first children's book. The Raindrop Keeper, published by Umbrelly Press and written by Johnny DePalma, has around 25 snappy Crabapple illustrations. Order your copy from Johnny's website
I'll also be tabling and preselling books at SPX on Saturday, October 14. Stop by and say hi.

Book excitement! Sepulculture DIY Publishing just agreed to publish Dr. Sketchy's Anti-Art Book. It'll be part scrap-book, part how-to, packed with the illustrative mayhem you know and love from the drawing session. As a co-author, I've got the brilliant cartoonist and designer John Leavitt. Look for it in December 2006. In the meantime, come to the next Dr. Sketchy's session on June 1st.

Sorry, folks, for my lackluster site updates. However, in the last few months, I've published two illustrations in the NY Times, had a packed solo show, and saw Dr. Sketchy's take off. Please forgive me.
